Order Email Notification: When a customer places an order, you will receive an email notification with all the details, including the items ordered, customer information, and delivery/pickup instructions.
Make sure you check the email address you set up for order notifications.
If you don’t see the notification, check your spam or junk folder.
Go to login.portalpuff.com and log in to your Merchant Dashboard.
On the Dashboard Home Screen, find the order listed in the “Last 10 Orders” section for quick access.
For additional details or to view all orders, click the “Orders” button in the left-hand menu to access the full order history table.
Review the order details, including the items, quantities, and any special instructions.
Gather and package the items carefully to ensure accuracy and quality.
If the customer has chosen delivery, a driver from our partner network (e.g., DoorDash) will be dispatched to your store.
Tip: Have the order ready to make the handoff quick and smooth for the driver.
For pickup orders, customers will typically receive a notification that their order is ready. However, it’s always a good idea to ensure the order is complete and waiting for them when they arrive.
Double-Check Everything: Ensure the correct items and quantities are packaged, especially for your first order.
Stay Organized: Use the “Orders” section in the dashboard to track and manage orders as they come in.
Communicate with Your Team: If you have employees, make sure they’re aware of the process for preparing and fulfilling orders.
