View Past Orders

PortalPuff makes it easy to keep track of your store’s past orders. Whether you need quick access to recent orders for drivers or a detailed view of your entire order history, the Merchant Dashboard has you covered.

Recent Orders on the Dashboard

Your store’s 10 most recent orders are displayed directly on the Dashboard Home Screen for quick access.

• Purpose: This feature is designed for convenience when drivers arrive to pick up orders.

• Details: Each recent order includes key information such as order ID, date, customer name, and subtotal.

View Full Order History

For a complete view of your store’s order history:

1. Click on the “Orders” Button

   • On the left-hand menu, press the “Orders” button to be taken to the full order history page.

2. View All Orders

   • The order history page displays a detailed table of all past orders.

   • Information includes:

     • Order ID

     • Order Date

     • Customer Name

     • Order Type (e.g., delivery or pickup)

     • Order Status

     • Subtotal and Total
