Your store profile image is one of the first things customers see when browsing the PortalPuff marketplace. This image represents your store and helps attract customers, so it’s important to upload a clear and professional image, such as your store’s logo or a photo of your store.
When customers search for stores on the PortalPuff marketplace, your profile image will appear alongside your store name and location. A great profile image can help your store stand out and leave a lasting impression.
Log in to Your Dashboard
Access your PortalPuff Merchant Dashboard by logging in at login.portalpuff.com.
Click on “Update Store Information”
From your dashboard, locate and click the “Update Store Information” button.
This will take you to the Store Information page.
Upload or Change Your Profile Image
On the Store Details tab, find the section labeled “[Store Name] Store Image.”
Click the “Change Image” button.
Choose Your Image
Upload a clear, high-quality image. This can be:
Your store’s logo for brand recognition.
A photo of the inside or outside of your store to give customers a feel for your business.
Save Changes
After uploading your image, click “Submit” to save your changes.
High-Quality Images: Use a high-resolution image that looks professional.
Consistent Branding: If you have a logo, consider using it for instant recognition.
Show Your Store: If using a photo of your store, make sure the space is clean, inviting, and well-lit.
