Your Store Name is a key part of how customers find and recognize your business on the PortalPuff marketplace. It will appear prominently alongside your profile image, delivery fee, and minimum order price, as shown in the example below.

What You Need to Know About Your Store Name

1. Visible to Customers

   • The store name you set will be displayed to customers as they browse the PortalPuff marketplace. This is how they’ll identify your business, so it’s important to choose a name that is clear and reflects your brand.

2. Case Sensitive

   • Your store name is case sensitive, meaning it will appear exactly as you enter it. For example, "Mac’s Smoke Shop" and "MAC’S SMOKE SHOP" will display differently. Use consistent capitalization to maintain a professional and recognizable look.

3. Editable Anytime

   • You can edit or change your store name at any time through the Merchant Dashboard.

How to Edit Your Store Name

1. Log in to Your Dashboard
   Access your PortalPuff Merchant Dashboard by logging in at login.portalpuff.com.

2. Click “Update Store Information”

   • From your dashboard, locate and click the “Update Store Information” button.

3. Enter Your New Store Name

   • On the Store Details tab, find the field labeled “Store Name”.

   • Enter your desired store name exactly as you want it to appear to customers.

4. Save Changes

   • Click “Submit” to save your updated store name. Your changes will be reflected on the PortalPuff marketplace shortly.
